Summoners War: Chronicles Comes To NYCC

Calling all Summoners! Com2uS, the world-renowned developers of the beloved RPG fantasy franchise Summoners War (boasting over 160 million game downloads worldwide), today announced a packed lineup of activities taking place at New York Comic Con 2022. With the highly-anticipated MMORPG prequel to Summoners War, Summoners War: Chronicles, slated to launch this November on PC and mobile, Com2uS will be showcasing the first-playable North American build of the game exclusively at New York Comic Con. New York Comic Con attendees can stop by the Com2uS Booth #1337 to be among the first to experience the game, purchase exclusive Summoners War merchandise, and win a variety of prizes.

Additionally, on Saturday, October 8, Com2uS will hold the America’s Cup tournament for the 2022 Summoners War Championship esports series at the Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square, which is open to the public with free admission tickets.

New York Comic Con Activities

  • Summoners War: Chronicles – Be among the first to experience the epic MMORPG prequel to the Summoners War franchise on PC and mobile. Play through the demo at the booth for the chance to win a Limited Edition figurine. Fans can pre-register for Summoners War: Chronicles here to earn exclusive rewards ahead of its North American launch this November.

  • Booth Activities – Test your skills at the claw machine for even more rewards and watch your favorite Summoners War: Sky Arena influencers live-stream 2v2 Arena, Summon Sessions and an RTA Showcase. Learn what Com2uS has in store by watching a never-before-seen teaser of upcoming projects, including comics, a light novel, and a Webtoon.

  • Merchandise

    • Collectible Figurines – Snag a sneak peak at never-before-seen figurines, including Beast Rider (Xiana) from Summoners War: Sky Arena as well as the three main characters, Kina, Cleaf, and Orbia from the upcoming Summoners War: Chronicles, which will all be displayed at the booth. Back by popular demand, the Twins Figurine – Maruna and Shaina ($225), first revealed at last year’s NYCC, will be available for purchase separately for ($125) or as a lightup set. Other collectible figurines available for purchase include Nine Tail Fox ($39) and Valkyrie ($39).

    • Art Books – Summoners War fans will have the opportunity to purchase an art book ($35) containing an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the design process behind the beloved games, including concept art of the characters, background stories and more. Additionally, the art book will be offered in a special package ($80) containing popsockets, pins, and a desk mat.

    • Clothing and Accessories – Summoners can show the pride for the franchise with a variety of wearable items and accessories including the Angelon Wireless Phone Charger ($55), Brownie Magician Cushion ($35), Acrylic Coaster Set ($35), T-shirts with fan-favorite monsters including Dryad, Druid, Rakan, Artamiel, Veromos, Lapis, Brownie, and Joker ($29 each), and Wide Desk Mats in various styles ($25 each).

  • The Walking Dead: All Stars – Attendees can experience the recently launched mobile collection RPG set in the popular zombie-filled universe of The Walking Dead at Com2uS’ booth. An exclusive button pin will be awarded to any fan who takes a photo at the photo wall and shares it on Twitter.

SWC 2022 America’s Cup Tournament

  • Date/Time: October 8 / Tournament starts at 2 PM – Door opens at 12:30PM

  • Location: Hard Rock Cafe Times Square

  • Details: Eighty players will compete for a prize pool of $20K with the two best qualifying to compete at the World Finals in Seoul, South Korea in November. On top of enjoying the exciting matches, attendees will receive exclusive goodie bags and experience various activities with influencers during intermission. For those who are unable to attend in-person, matches will be livestreamed on Summoners War eSports YouTube and Twitch channels.
