Mercenaries of Fortune, the fourth season for Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone, brings the new Fortune’s Keep Warzone map and updates to Caldera, as well as new Multiplayer content and the return of classic round-based Zombies in Shi No Numa. The Season Four update goes live in Vanguard at 9am PT on June 21 and at 9AM PT in Warzone on June 22.
Mercenaries of Fortune includes:
- New Map: Fortune’s Keep. Go all-in on a brand-new Warzone Resurgence Battle Royale map developed by High Moon Studios, featuring stunning vistas and undiscovered riches.
- Caldera Updates Across the Island. From the return of Storage Town to riverbeds drying up, Raven Software is changing up Caldera.
- Armored SUV, New Contract, and More. New tools, objectives, and feature updates to Warzone will add new strategies to consider for your squad’s personal meta.
- Three Warzone Maps to Drop Into: Fortune’s Keep, Rebirth Island, and Caldera coexist, all for free via regular weekly playlist rotation.

When Call of Duty: Vanguard Season Four – Mercenaries of Fortune – kicks off on June 22, players will embark the iconic battleship USS Texas. In this Multiplayer map first introduced in Call of Duty: World War II, players will fight on the decks and throughout the interior spaces of a floating fortress.

Mercenaries of Fortune, the fourth season for Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone, begins this week, with Vanguard at 9am PT on June 21 and at 9AM PT in Warzone on June 22.
To kick off this new season, a new map — Fortune’s Keep — will be in Warzone as the featured Resurgence experience, splitting time with Rebirth Island to give tactically minded Operators a new battleground to discover and master. There will also be significant changes to Caldera: a reduction in foliage and visibility improvements, a reintroduction of a memorable point of interest in Storage Town, other point of interest updates, a new vehicle, and several new items, including the return of keycards for new bunkers.

Mercenaries of Fortune also introduces Task Force Immortal to Vanguard, which includes Carver Butcher, Callum Hendry and Ikenna Olowe. All three Operators feature a 20-level XP progression path, including two Operator Quips, two Skins, XP bonuses, a finishing move, and more.
