Any player who already owns the first Subnautica on PlayStation 4, either in physical or digital editions, will be able to upgrade to the digital PlayStation 5 version at no additional cost. Similarly, those who purchase Subnautica: Below Zero on PlayStation 4 will be able to upgrade to the next-gen version for free.
Launching May 14 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch, Subnautica: Below Zero plunges brave explorers into an underwater world filled with all-new and vast biomes to explore, mysterious and unfamiliar creatures lurking above and below the surface and new tech for players to craft and survive.
