Looks like some great options for the new systems.

The Arctis 7X and Arctis 7P bring the award-winning Arctis 7 to next-gen consoles using the innovative USB-C wireless dongle first used in the Arctis 1 Wireless

CHICAGO – October 6, 2020 SteelSeries, the worldwide leader in gaming, esports and console peripherals, today announces its first gaming headsets specifically made for the next generation of PlayStation and Xbox consoles – the Arctis 7X and Arctis 7P. These headsets take the best components of the original, beloved Arctis 7, and add the wireless USB-C dongle from the Arctis 1 Wireless, to create the best “Next Generation” audio experience for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.

“The start of a new console generation is one of the most anticipated events for gamers everywhere,” said Ehtisham Rabbani, SteelSeries CEO. “While this new generation of consoles will continue to push the boundaries of resolution, visual fidelity and console frame rates, we are committed to bringing a new audio experience to gamers, worthy of a new generation. We believe that the new Arctis 7X and Arctis 7P will be, hands down, the favorite wireless gaming headsets among console gamers for this new generation of consoles.”

SteelSeries’ original Arctis 7 won more awards than any other gaming headset – now it’s been reimagined specifically for next-gen wireless audio on the Xbox Series X|S, with full backwards compatibility with all Xbox One consoles.

Using SteelSeries’ innovative wireless 2.4GHz USB-C dongle, gamers can easily swap between gaming on Xbox, PlayStation consoles, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile. This ultra-low latency 2.4GHz lossless wireless technology allows gamers to get a full, high fidelity audio, lag-free gaming experience on Xbox Series X|S. Like the rest of the Arctis line, the Arctis 7X uses the same high-quality speaker drivers as the Arctis 7, featuring the award-winning Arctis soundscape, emphasizing subtle, yet critical sounds to give gamers an audio advantage in their favorite next-gen games.

The Arctis 7X features industry-leading battery life, with 24 hours of non-stop wireless usage, so gamers can play for days without needing to worry about whether or not their headset will need to be recharged. The headset also maintains the best characteristics of the rest of the Arctis family, like the iconic ski goggle headband design, Discord-certified ClearCast noise-cancelling microphone, and on-headset controls that allow gamers to easily adjust their volume, ChatMix balance and microphone mute directly on the headset.

The Arctis 7X is available now globally for $149.99 at https://steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-7x.

The Arctis 7P includes all the same features as the Arctis 7X, but uses a smaller wireless USB-C dongle, due to its lack of Xbox compatibility. The Arctis 7P is fully compatible with PlayStation 5, backwards compatible with PS4, Nintendo Switch, PC and mobile devices.

Additionally, instead of on-ear ChatMix controls like the Arctis 7X, gamers can adjust sidetone (also known as mic monitoring) straight from the Arctis 7P. Sidetone allows gamers to control the amount of microphone input that is routed back into the headset, so they can choose how much of their own voice and surroundings they hear.

The Arctis 7P comes in a stunning white and blue to match the PlayStation 5 console, or a sleek black version. It is now available globally for $149.99 at https://steelseries.com/gaming-headsets/arctis-7p.
