A few glitches were to be expected when you have an online event the size of GDC. Unfortunately the show got off to a bad start as guests found out that their schedules had been wiped by a bug just as things were starting.
The chat rooms for panels offered the text below saying the bug was being worked on but with panels already underway; guests were scrambling to redo their schedule.
I remember my days at Monolith and Sierra where we would joke “that is not a bug it is a feature” when issues arose.
