During their Ubisoft Forward presentation, the company asked people to login to their accounts to claim the rewards for watching the show. Sadly the system did not allow logins or password changes before or during the show.
Attempting to login to my Uplay account got me the following message. One would think they would have made sure users and watchers could login and access their games during their showcase.
This is troubling as fans who logged in were given a free copy of Watch Dogs 2 and the longer they watched the more free items they were given including new cosmetics. This issue continued through the show although Uplay could be asked after the show ended.
