Neither of us are overly great at the game but my wife is a much more casual player and I do not think she has played a game from the franchise in a while aside from slapping me around on a Retro Arcade version of MK 3 at CES.
So last night I said to Genevieve “Honey do you want to play Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled”? She replied “No thank you I want to just read and relax”. So I said “Ok honey”. Later when I was playing Mortal Kombat 11; Geneveve said “I will play you in that”. Guess who is now in the tutorial? Video to follow. She did well early and I complained about the reach advantage, I changed fighters and he was too slow, but then we found the right mix for carnage. Gen played as Jade and I was Johnny Cage, Sub Zero, and Sonja. She had never played MK 11 before. She is a very fast learner and prooved to be a real challenge.
