How sparse is sparse? That is the question many fans of Sony and the Playstaion 4 are asking themselves of late. Sony recently announced that their first party lineup at E3 2015 would be a little “Sparse” which has some fans concerned that the company may be resting on their laurels with a big lead in sales over rival Microsoft.
While it is not time to set the panic alarms off yet, Sony could be setting up for a massive reveal by lowering expectations with the announcement and going for a quality over quantity approach. The fact is they may be opting for another time to make big reveals such as possibly planning for another Playstation showcase event as they did last year in Las Vegas.
We know that Uncharted 4, Street Fighter V, and the partnership with Star Wars Battlefront will be touted, and there is also the matter of the recently leaked Uncharted Collection to factor in as well and the remastered GOW 3 that will be out later this year.
So will Sony split their focus on hardware and features to go with gaming? That is a hard call as while we expect news on their VR system as well as some system updates and features to be announced do not think that Sony is coming into this conference without a few tricks up their sleeve. They know that Microsoft is going to throw everything they have at the conference in an attempt to stem the tidal rush of the PS4 and as such, expect Sony to have a few Aces to deal at the show. What they are remains to be seen but rest assured, next Monday is going to make for some very riveting viewing.

Way to twist the words completely so that you can make your article sound way better..
Andrew House said “The Fall 1st Party Line-up is looking a little sparse”. This was a month ago.. He was talking about CURRENTLY. Anyone who didn’t understand that He mean’t it is looking sparse because E3 IS A MONTH AWAY.. and that is when they will announce more titles.. Then I honestly can’t help you.. and won’t bother trying.
Sony said Sparse in terms of content leading into E3, regardless if they were talking about current, future, or E3, this was a odd choice of wording to use heading into their event. I did say I expect them to have plenty to offer at E3.
