The Official Star Trek Convention Returns to the August 24-25

With William Shatner and Kate Mulgrew headlining the event!

Star Trek fans will celebrate a weekend of everything “Trek” as Creation Entertainment brings The Official Star Trek Convention to Seattle, Saturday and Sunday, August 24 & 25. The event will be held at the Hilton Seattle Airport, 17620 Pacific Highway , Seattle.

The Official Star Trek Convention will be highlighted by in-person appearances on stage by a Starfleet worthy line-up of Star Trek celebrities including on Saturday, Kate Mulgrew (Captain Janeway), Marina Sirtis (Counselor Troi), Gates McFadden (Dr. Crusher), Denise Crosby (Tasha Yar) and Connor Trinneer (Trip). The Klingon’s JG Hertzler (Martok) and Robert O’Reilly (Gowron) will appear together on stage in full make-up of their characters. Also on Saturday, Suzie Plakson (female Q) will get K’Ehleyr makeup done live onstage by Klingon expert makeuop artist John Paladin.

On Sunday, William Shatner (Captain Kirk), Kate Mulgrew (Captain Janeway), LeVar Burton (Geordi LaForge), Doninic Keating (Commander Reed), Nana Visitor (Major Kira) are scheduled to appear. Deep Space Nine favorites, Max Grodenchik (Rom) and Aron Eisenberg (Nog) will appear on stage together to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Deep Space Nine.

In addition to celebrity appearances, the non-stop auditorium show will include behind the scenes presentations, costume and trivia contests, no minimum bid auctions of unique collectibles and one-of-a-kind items, and special salute videos and previews of upcoming sci-fi television shows and motion pictures. Also there will be an exhibit hall on Star Trek and sci-fi collectibles, and autographs and photo ops.

General admission tickets are available at the door on Saturday for $30 and Sunday for $35. Children six and under are admitted free when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Show hours are Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 M – 7:00 PM (times are tentative).
