Keen on keeping up on ABC’s “Lost” every week for its upcoming final season? Well those plans have been scuttled.
Abramsology reports that according to executive producer Cartlon Cuse, the show’s sixth and final season will take two weeks off after the first few episodes air in January.
The reason? The Winter Olympics. Despite airing on another network, “Lost” doesn’t plan to compete with the sporting event and will hold the show off during the second half of February before resuming in early March.
Estimates have the show airing through to the fifth or sixth episode on February 10th, then returning March 3rd for an uninterrupted run of the remaining episodes through to the series finale which looks likely to air May 19th.
No official date has yet been announced for the show’s return in January.
