Kill It With Fire

Review By Shawn Billie

Kill It With Fire is a game in which you kill spiders. That in itself
sounds pretty simple, however, the way you kill them is entirely up to
you. You are presented with a multitude of weapons and gadgets to use
throughout the game.
First off, this game is a lot of fun. Each level presents you with more
opportunities to kill spiders and find secrets. You have a set number of
spiders to kill in order to proceed to the next level. You also have bonus
objectives you can achieve to unlock new weapons, equipment and upgrades.
The spiders are hidden behind pictures, in drawers, underneath books. Once
you find them they quickly try and hide. I must say, seeing them scurry
along the floors and walls can give you the heebie-jeebies. There are
different
types of spiders you'll encounter. Some spiders jump, some will unleash
tiny smaller spiders, others explode when killed.
Each environment haa elements of destructibility. You run the risk of
setting the whole room on fire if you choose to burn a spider, or in other
words, to Kill It With Fire. I enjoyed replaying levels and trying to
uncover any secrets I missed the first time around.
All in all, I enjoyed my time with the game. There were several nights
where I'd tell myself, just one more objective, just one more level. It's
a fun game and really scratches that itch of completing goals and taking
them off your list. Arachnophobes need not apply.
