7 June 2017 – CCP Games are excited to announce that from today, the digital download edition of EVE: Valkyrie™ – the virtual reality space combat shooter set in the EVE universe – will be available to purchase for $39.99/£29.99/€39.99, a 33% reduction from the game’s original suggested retail price (SRP). Now virtual reality gamers across HTC Vive™, PlayStation®VR and Oculus Rift can immerse themselves in EVE: Valkyrie‘s acclaimed VR visuals and cross-platform competitive multiplayer action at a lower price than ever before.
In addition, CCP Games are retiring EVE: Valkyrie‘s Founder’s Pack, which previously granted players access to a selection of time-limited and visual customization content for their profile in-game and on the EVE: Valkyrie forum. Players will still be able to unlock paint jobs, XP boosters and other optional ship customizations with the currency earned in-game. Anyone who has purchased EVE: Valkyrie in any format, on any platform, before today will retain all Founder’s Pack content. Founder’s Pack key codes in the retail disk edition of EVE: Valkyrie for PlayStation®4 will remain valid and redeemable until 31 December, 2019.
