Buena Park Hotel And Suites: Buena Park CA

During our recent trip to Anaheim we stayed at the Buena Park Hotel and Suites in Beautiful Buena Park California. The hotel is located near Medieval Times and the Pirate Dinner Theater as well as numerous other tourist and dining options.  Knott’s Berry Farm is a pleasant fifteen-twenty minute walk away as well.

Our check in was easy enough and we were directed to our room which was a clean but standard hotel room.  The hotel offered free parking and Wi-Fi but was sparse on television stations as we had only a small handful of stations to watch.

We had several issues with noise as many groups of students were staying at the hotel over Spring Break and we had people in the room next to us on three instances attempt to enter our room via the adjoining door and even pounded on the door and laughed while we were trying to sleep. It took several rings for the office to answer but once they did, the issue was promptly resolved with a call to the room and a visit by security.

The next morning we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a waffle station and other things associated with a Continental Breakfast.

Upon returning to our room, we found that there was no hot water at all which made getting ready to go a challenge.

Our checkout was good and the hotel offered to make a discount to our bill without having to ask over the issues that we had.  The locale and value of the hotel makes it an interesting option for guests but the issues that we encountered did give me pause about giving them a second chance as there are other options in the area that can be had for a similar price that offer a comparable to better experience and value.
