I face the difficult task of reviewing Ghost cleaner for Steam. The reason it is difficult is because I believe if you don’t have anything nice to say, you shouldn’t say anything at all.
Unfortunately thats not how video game reviews work. I can’t just send a blank email to the editor and say “Sorry boss, it just didn’t do it for me.”
Maybe that’s it, it just didn’t do it for “me”. Maybe this game isn’t meant for me. This game in my opinion is not fun for all ages. If I had to pinpoint who could enjoy this game I would say children between the ages of 5-9 that have never played a free game on an iPhone or android device with better physics and better level design and more interesting game mechanics.
I like to see the good in everything but this game made it too difficult for me to find something that I could say was likable. The levels designs felt very uninspired, there is nothing innovative about the gameplay. I don’t feel like it brings anything new to the genre. If you are not going to do anything different than previous games in the genre, please at least make something about the game fun to play. Not all games are meant to be fun and not all games are meant for everyone. This makes me wonder who this game is for and why this games exists?
Because its not for me and its not to entertain anyone.
