Alien Isolation: Confirmed For San Diego Comic Con Without New Code

The last couple of years have allowed guests of San Diego Comic Con to enjoy new stuff from Sega as they have setup space across the street from the famous San Diego Convention Center.

Two years ago they showed off Aliens: Colonial Marines with the Alien Queen and several Colonial Marines in attendance, and last year quests were treated to a playable Rome II amongst other titles.

While speaking with a rep via e-mail today Sega confirmed that they would be at the show again this year but mentioned

“Yes, we are but we’re not showing new code. They have to finish the game”.  This is great news for fans as it means that Creative Assembly is putting the finishing touches on the game so fans will most likely get their hands on the playable demo that I played at E3.

I am looking forward to more coverage of the game prior to release as we hope to see it at PAX Prime as well and we will have coverage for you in two weeks from San Diego.
